Advising Notes

  1. Students should complete the BIO151 or BIO152 for their math/science elective.
  2. Students should complete the following courses for the Math Elective at OCC: MAT114 or MAT143 or MAT141 & MAT142 or MAT151 or MAT161.  Please note that students only need to complete one math class at OCC.
  3. Students should use their Social Science Elective at OCC to complete the General Education Social Science requirement. Students may choose from the list of approved general education classes at OCC.
  4. Students should use their professional ARH elective classes to complete the following courses at OCC: ARH150, ARH152, ARH215, ARH230 or ARH231, ARH111, and ARH271.
  5. Students are encouraged to complete the Natural Physical Science Elective, Public Speaking and the General Education Other World Civilization requirements at OCC in order to transfer to ESF as a junior. Please consult the ESF Admissions Office for assistance with course selection.

*Credit for ARH111 and ARH215 is granted based on the required portfolio review with the Landscape Architecture department at SUNY ESF.
