President’s Report – Joan Zelinski

-   Update on 2005 RS Symposium

o        Venue, date, facility details

-   Update on the 2005 Winter meeting

o        Rome, NY area. Date and time TBD.

National Director’s Report – Ed Freeborn

·   CNY ASPRS –hosted National ASPRS fall conference has been pushed back to 2007.

·   In 2006, CNY ASPRS might consider hosting or co-sponsoring a remote sensing conference similar to the Great Lakes Regional Data Exchange conference that was recently held in Detroit  (http://rdx.glc.org/).

·   The theme for either one of these events might be along the lines of “International Geospatial Coordination: The US/Canadian Border”

Treasurer’s Report – Emily Mercurio

·   Overview of current financial status

o        We are in great shape financially.

o        Currently we have $10,198.74 in our savings account, $3,976.92 in our 12-month CD (due to Mature March 23, 2005), and $12.09 in our checking once 2 outstanding checks clear. This brings us to a total of $14,187.75.
