Please e-mail assessment@esf.edu if you need to conduct a survey on campus. With careful scheduling, we can work together to minimize survey fatigue. It is also possible that the data that will answer your questions may already be available through a survey that has already been administered.

March - May & September of each year: Requests to Faculty for Student Work

October 1 - Data from Previous Academic Year is due to Assessment Office

November - Rubrics are applied and data collected from submitted student work samples

January - Draft report written and submitted to faculty for review & comment

March - Report is finalized by the committee and released to faculty

May - Report is endorsed by Academic Governance
