Lunchtime Learning Seminar: Perspectives on the Dialectics of the Black Diaspora

British attempt at experimentation with free labor, mainly from Black ex-soldiers from the American Revolution, resulted in the creation of a 'new' diaspora in Freetown, Sierra Leone. This presentation explores the implication of this development for Black Diaspora studies.
