Join students, storytellers and environmental policy experts at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. for a salon: Sustaining Alaska. Hear from Lieutenant Governor of Alaska, Byron Mallott, who will share how the state is addressing climate change and balancing energy needs during these politically charged times.

Hosted by Planet Forward at the GW School of Media and Public Affairs and moderated by SMPA Director and Planet Forward Founder, Frank Sesno, the salon will create a space to ask challenging questions on matters of environmental policy, climate change, oil exploration, the future of sustainable energy, leadership and more.

Join us here for the Facebook livestream of our conversation with Lt. Gov. Byron Mallott and ask your most pressing questions about Alaska's future. We look forward to hearing from you!
