Event Description:

Participants will snowshoe a 2 mile loop around the shore of Arbutus Lake in the Huntington Wildlife Forest. This flat trail goes through mostly softwood and mixed wood forest. There is the possibility that Red and White-winged Crossbills will be in the softwoods along the trail. Plan on 2.5 hours of leisurely snowshoeing depending on conditions.
