During the Environmental Career Fair registration process employers will be asked to include an organization description and overview. The description will appear on our online directory and the overview will be part of our printed directory for students.
Your space at the Career Fair allows room for a floor display no more than 8' in length. A table and 2 chairs are provided.
Banners cannot be hung on the walls, so please bring an alternative method and supplies.
The Career Fair can get very crowded and noisy, so for the comfort of your neighbors and to eliminate extraneous noise, we prefer that you use audio only if necessary.
We will try to run extensions to all employers that indicate a need for electricity. If you would like electricity, please be sure to indicate that on your registration form. Remember that you will need to bring your own heavy duty extension cord.
Guest log-in information for ESF wireless access will be provided the day of the event.
Recruiters are responsible for unpacking and set-up of their own materials, as well as repacking and shipping after the Career Fair. If you would like to ship your materials beforehand, they must arrive at the Career Services Office (ATTN: Pat Henson) no later than Monday, February 24. Please contact Pat Henson ahead of time and mail your materials to the address listed below. You may set-up your Career Fair booth between 8:00—10:00 am. Unfortunately, you will not be able to set up the night before as the room will not be available.
For Profit Organizations: $100/per table (2 participants per table- up to 2 tables)
Not for Profit Organizations: $50/per table (2 participants per table- up to 2 tables)
Registration includes a table with two chairs, parking at the Irving Avenue Garage, breakfast, lunch and general advertising in our Environmental Career Fair brochure.
