Premier Networking Event Options

  • Think Tank” meeting for up to eight people: Career Services will host breakfast or lunch for two representatives from your organization plus up to six key faculty, staff, and/or students at the Trailhead Café (or an equivalent location.) This will help problem solve, develop student and faculty connections, provide feedback for programs, and build relationships.
  • Etiquette Dinner: Support an interactive event that teaches dining etiquette in the career building process. Students will learn the proper table manners to make a positive impression during a lunch or dinner interview. In addition to your logo and organization name recognized as a key sponsor of the event, your organization can identify a representative to be the keynote or introductory presenter to kick off the event.
  • Student Networking Reception: This interactive event is designed as a professional networking event that gives students and recruiters a chance to meet and interact at a designated time during the semester. Career Services will work with you to ensure the primary student population you are interested in hiring is present at this event. This will include light refreshments.
  • Create Your Own Idea: We’re always happy to brainstorm a new idea with you that meets the spirit of engaging and connecting with students, faculty, and staff!

A LA Carte Sponsorship

In addition to the Employer Partnership Program, the Office of Career Services offers employers one-time sponsorship opportunities to market your organization and increase visibility amongst students, faculty and staff. We are happy to work with you to identify opportunities that will work within your budget and recruitment goals. Below we have outlined some sponsorship ideas and are happy to brainstorm additional ideas with you:

Reserved Table in Gateway Center – $50 (not for profit) & $100 (for profit)

Have a 6-foot table reserved during peak hours to connect with students and build your brand. This includes marketing & promotion of your organization visiting campus through email, website, and social media.

Virtual Company Highlight - $75

Have your company highlighted via a LinkedIn post, a customized email showcasing your company sent to our ESF Careers listserv (6,200+ students and alumni), and a post on the office's Instagram account.

Branded Snack Giveaway – $250

Have pre-packed snacks with a branded sticker of your logo and a QR code to be sent to a targeted group of students (academic class, student organization/club, athletic team) of interest.

Coffee Sponsorship – $500

Provide coffee to students during final exams. On a designated day during final exam week, you’ll have the chance to boost student energy levels in a location TBD (varies by semester). Sponsorship includes your logo and organization’s name displayed as well as the opportunity for a representative to distribute information about your organization and interact with students.

Site Visit Sponsorship – $1,500+ (depending on site location/number of students)

Provide funding for students to visit your organization, tour your facility, and meet with representatives in various capacities. Your sponsorship will allow Career Services to reserve transportation (depending on the number of interested students) to travel to and from your site.
