Operations since 24th June 2009 have been with this 800 liter, two-phase digester.  It is currently fed about 10 pounds of mixed hotel kitchen food material resource biomass each day.  A number of student volunteers are working on this project and planning even bigger operations for dining hall waste

        This spiral-form plug flow digester has been running since August 2008
