Private Foundation Information Clearinghouse
This web page is to be used as an information sharing mechanism with regard to private foundations. As faculty/staff have increased contact with foundations, sharing this information will add to our knowledge base and enable us to share with you any other College activity which may conflict with your proposal.
Please submit this form if you are planning to contact a foundation, planning to submit a proposal, or have obtained information regarding the foundation such a funding preferences. Once the general information is in the clearinghouse, please resubmit the form to add any actions taken with the foundation such as proposal submission, meetings, mailings, phone calls etc.
