Because most of the course involves your own
direct sensory experience, attendance is required and will form most of your
grade. There will also be a quiz or two,
and a final exam.

Attendance 60%
Quizzes 20%
Final exam 20%
You will be responsible
for bringing in your wine glasses. Your
experience will be best with clean
glasses!
