EFB 483 Biology of Birds and Mammals (4 credit hours). Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory. A course surveying the taxonomy, anatomical- behavioral-physiological adaptations and natuaral history of birds and mammals. Techniques for the field study of a vertebrate species will be discussed.
EFB 796 Urban Wildlife (1-3 credit hours) Special instruction, conference, advanced study, and research in selected areas.
Wildlife biology and management; ecology of wildlife in urban and urbanizing areas; population ecology of the gray squirrel and mallard duck; environmental impacts on local and regional mammalian populations.
