I am Ph.D. candidate in the department of Environmental and Forest Biology. I am interested in botany, specifically bryology and pteridology, and plant ecology. I am currently studying the bryophyte communities of northern white-cedar swamps of New York State and the effects of distance from agricultural edges on community composition. I am working with Henninger High School in their ESF in the High School’s Global Environment class as an NSF GK-12 Fellow.
