Employer Information Day ERE Advisory Board

Mission Statement

The ERE Advisory Board provides strategic consultation, professional networking, information exchange, and resource development to assist the ERE Department achieve its mission - providing teaching, research and service to advance engineering practices and meet the needs of the world.

A Profile in Service

The Advisory Board is an influential ERE constituent advocating for our Department's success. They link our top-notch education to real world needs and challenges. Members are high-performers with experience across a variety of disciplines and sectors related to Environmental Resources Engineering. The Advisory Board meets twice per year and handles duties such as assessing ERE's Educational Objectives and Outcomes, sponsoring student-oriented panel discussions related to engineering practice, coordinating employer information sessions leading to jobs and internships, developing engineering design projects and service-learning projects, and promoting the development of ERE and SUNY ESF. While we know Advisory Board members volunteer their service, they claim payment through our student and faculty expressions of gratitude.
