the below steps to get my signature and officially enroll in the course. At this stage, the swifter you complete the steps, the more likely you will ensure a place in the course. We take approximately 12 students.
Deposit the airfare costs by check or credit card to the SUNY ESF Business Office.
Complete the Health Forms for Overseas Academic Programs. These include two health information forms for you and your physician to sign, as well as two forms that you must sign regarding international health insurance and a release form.
Ensure that you hold or have applied for a valid US Passport. A travel visa is not necessary.
