ERE 596: Introduction to Global Positioning Systems

COURSE PURPOSE

Global Positioning Systems (GPS) provide a means to collect locational information for a variety of applications. This course provides an introduction to GPS measurements. More details regarding the course will be provided later in the semester (see Course Structure below).

COURSE STRUCTURE

This course will consist of three hours of lecture per week for approximately the last third of the semester. The lectures will be taught concurrently with ERE 371 Surveying for Engineers. Notes for the lectures can be found here.
