Great Lakes St. Lawrence River Governance

Supported by the Joyce Foundation, I, in collaboration with McMaster School of Engineering Practice, McMaster University, examined inter-jurisdictional management in the Great Lakes St. Lawrence River, shared resource management, governance and accountability matters in North America and around the world, stakeholder views on the future Great Lakes policy priorities, and the strengths and weaknesses of responsible care.
