Among the "best practices" identified by the SUNY Senate for Rational Fiscal Policy is the formation of faculty budget committees which advise the administration on budgetary matters. This resolution, introduced at the 16 October 2003 meeting of the ESF Faculty, calls upon Faculty Governance to establish such a committee.

Bylaws
Faculty Governance Bylaws are reviewed biannually by the Executive Committee and Faculty Chair (College President) and amended as need to keep them current and to ensure that they accurately reflect the operating procedures of the Faculty as it pertains to curriculum, research, and service.
