The meeting schedule below is designed to give the Executive Committee time to make any necessary decisions about the agenda for the College-wide Governance Meetings. Anything, other than quick announcements, that is to be considered for the agenda must be sent to the Executive Chair no less than one week before the Executive Committee Meeting scheduled prior to the College-wide Meeting for which it is intended to be discussed. For example, anything to be discussed at the 10/17 College-wide Meeting should be forwarded to the Executive Chair by 9/26 or one week ahead of the 10/3 Executive Committee Meeting. Items for the 9/19 meeting should be forwarded to the Executive Chair by 8/24/2012.
