A meeting space suitable for groups of 49 or less is available at the Adirondack Ecological Center (AEC). Please submit this form to request use of the meeting space, AV equipment, and food service for your meeting. AV Equipment Needs (Laptop computer, TV, Projector, DVD Player, etc.):

Room configuration – AEC Conference room is a 20' by 37' room which is typically configured in a classroom seating style (rows of chairs facing the projection screen). The room can be configured with rectangular tables in a horseshoe or “round-table” format. This style will limit the seating size considerably. If you would like a different configuration than classroom seating please make request below:

Food Service Request (See Rates) – Coffee only, coffee and snacks, or catered lunch are available.

Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified if any conflict exists with other meeting space requests. If there is a conflict, we will work with you to find a date and time that will accommodate your needs. We look forward to your visit.
