Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! When you graduate from the College in May, you will automatically become a member of the ESF Alumni Association. In the months after your graduation we will be hosting a number of events across the country and making sure that you are kept up-to-date with any new developments on campus. In order to make sure that you receive all the important information, we request that you complete the following form with the address, phone and e-mail that you will be using once you graduate in May. Please fill out the form completely.
As a way of saying "thanks" for keeping us up-to-date, we will be placing the name of every student that completes a form in a drawing to win an ESF diploma frame. The drawing will be held at the Champagne Toast on Wednesday, May 7th.
