Nifkin (Alumni) Lounge Reservation Form

Once you have confirmed the availability of Nifkin Lounge for your event, fill out the following form and click the 'Submit' button at the end.

Media available in Nifkin Lounge include:

  • Installed LCD projector with connections for a Laptop computer
  • DVD/VCR player
  • PA System with Microphone
  • 1/2" VCR & Monitor
  • Overhead Projector
  • Screen
  • Carousel Slide Projector

University Police

  • Parking: ALL CAMPUS VISITORS MUST USE GUEST PARKING PERMITS. Requestors must contact University Police for specific parking arrangements at least two weeks prior to event and are responsible for distribution of permits.
  • Note: Some events may require off-campus pay parking.

All events that are open to general student, alumni, faculty, staff, or public attendance need to appear on the appropriate ESF online calendar. Add your event to the online calendar HERE.
