Vendor Info & Schedule (for the Oncenter)

Any shipped items must be received by NE Decorator no later than Tuesday, March 5, 2013.

• Utilities Connection Form (If power is needed at your exhibit, request MUST be submitted to the Oncenter by Friday, March 8, 2013.) The Oncenter will assess a $350 charge for electrical requests made on the day of the event.

• Equipment or services request forms (Exhibitor Packet)

Set up at the Oncenter: Monday, 3/11: 9am-5pm

Tear down: Tuesday, 3/12: 6:15pm

• Shipping Address and Instructions
  Ship to: Northeast Decorating, 3360 Milton Ave., Syracuse, New York 13219. ALL FREIGHT MUST be sent in ahead of time to the decorator's warehouse and attach a Shipping Label. Please include the name of the event, the date of the event, and the shipping label above. All major carriers come to the Oncenter on a daily basis and the security office is open 24hrs/ 365 to accept deliveries.  Exhibitors must call for a pick up from their carrier at the conclusion of the event.

Refund/Cancellation

Refunds, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be issued for requests received by Monday, February 25, 2013. Requests must be made by email to Terry Sakowski at tsakowsk@esf.edu. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone; substitutions can be made at any time.

Our Payment Policy

Pre-registered, pre-paid registrants should sign in to receive name badge and conference materials.

• Balance due? Please be prepared to make your payment onsite. We will accept a check (payable to SUNY Research Foundation), or Visa or MasterCard.
• Using a Purchase Order of Voucher? Please provide the PO/Voucher number as well as a Mastercard or Visa account number. If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, your credit card will be charged the appropriate fee.
• Not pre-registered? Onsite registration will be available. Please be prepared to make your payment during registration.
