Booths measure 8 foot wide by 10 foot long with a skirted table, chair, pipe and drape, sign and one registration included with your fee. Sponsor Ads in the Printed Program - Due by Feb. 19

Email Ads in one of the following formats:  PDF, EPS, TIFF. Embed the fonts when using a PDF format. For maximum quality, ads should be a 300 dpi. Sizes: Full Size:  7 1/2" x 10", Half Size:   7 1/2" x 4 3/4" or 3 1/2" x 10", Quarter Size:  3 1/2" x 4 3/4".

 

Vendor Information and Schedule

• Set up begins on Thursday, March 19 at 2:45 pm.
• Tear down on Friday, March 20 from 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm.
• Electrical connections are available through the Oncenter at a cost of $65 per day. Please use the Oncenter Utilities connection form.
• Wireless internet is available (provider is Time Warner) at a cost of $19.99 per day. You may sign up for wireless internet upon arrival to the Oncenter. For wired connections, please use the Internet Service form.
• Telephone service is also available. See prices on the Telephone service form.

Shipping Address and Instructions:

Ship to: Northeast Decorating, 225 Wilkinson Street, Syracuse, N.Y.  13204. ALL FREIGHT MUST be sent in ahead of time to the decorator's warehouse and attach a Shipping Label. Please include the name of the event, the date of the event, and the shipping label above. All major carriers come to the Oncenter on a daily basis and the security office is open 24hrs/ 365 to accept deliveries.  Exhibitors must call for a pick up from their carrier at the conclusion of the event.
