The U.S. Postal Service delivers mail to homes and businesses once a day, Monday-Saturday. Mail is not delivered on Sundays or legal holidays, however, special delivery and express mail is delivered seven days a week. Letters mailed within the U.S. must have the correct city, state and postal zip code.
AREA POST OFFICES
University Station, (315) 472-0278, 720 University Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210 is located in the Marshall Square Mall, within walking distance from the campus. This office is open 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays and 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Saturdays. Each student is issued an individual University Station box for a rental fee per year. Keys for the box require a refundable deposit and there is a fee for all lost keys. Note: For faster service to your box, be sure your mail senders use the United States Postal Service. No other carriers or service will deliver to your post office (P.O.) box.
Teall Station, 315-472-2002, 226 Teall Ave, Syracuse, NY 13217 is the largest Syracuse city station and is located within four kilometers of the campus.
