A variety
of loan equipment is available to faculty and professional staff. A sample
of equipment available for loan includes OHP (overhead projectors), LCD/Data
projectors, Screens, 35mm Carousel Slide projectors, Laser pointers to
name a few. To reserve equipment you should make a reservation in person
or by phone with the ITS office. To sign out equipment you
must provide a valid state or research foundation account number, sign
and abide by the conditions of the loan agreement (available from ITS
office). All on campus equipment loans are for one day only and are subject
to a fee for late return. A special note: undergraduate students
are not permitted to sign out loaner equipment from ITS.

Equipment
for special events and presentations can be reserved and set-up by ITS
personnel. Conditions for standard equipment loan apply to event set-ups.
A reservation must be made in advance with ITS,
a valid state or research foundation account number provided and a signature
from the person responsible for the event is required. ITS
will provide an operator for equipment set-up upon request. Operators
are subject to availablity and there is a separate hourly charge associated.
