Fax, mail, or e-mail all payments and registrations to the addresses below: ESF Outreach E-mail: outreach@esf.edu Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds (minus an administrative fee of $50) will be given only until March 15, 2006. After that date, no refunds are possible. Participants who wish to receive a refund must provide written notice to ESF Outreach by March 15, 2006. Social activities and meals with a separate fee are non-refundable. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Substitutions are permissible at any time.
