A general mix of all accommodation types have been reserved. You can request a specific type of room by entering a room type in the “comments” section of The Sagamore’s reservation webpage; however, there is no guarantee that you will receive the type of room requested (rooms are subject to availability). The Sagamore does not accept Purchase Orders or Vouchers as a form of payment for a guest's stay. Rooms may be reserved with a Purchase Order or Voucher, however, full payment for the entire length of stay will be due no later than time of arrival.

The Sagamore’s online registration website is now available (click here to enter). Reservations are not accepted by phone, so please use the online website. The special group rates for the conference are available only for arrivals and departures for the dates of 4/10/09 through 4/12/09.
