Registration Fees

Registration includes opening night buffet dinner, lunch on Monday, and coffee/snack breaks. Registrations with payment/purchase order must be postmarked by March 23, 2010 to be eligible for the discounted early registration fee.

Discount Early-Registration Fees (postmarked/faxed with payment through March 23, 2010):

Student:	$150
Standard Registration Fees (postmarked/faxed with payment after March 23, 2010):
Professional:	$260
Student:	$200
One-day Registration Fees (regardless of date received):
Professional:	$145
Student:	$130
Spousal Fees (regardless of date received):
All conference meals, sessions, and breaks:	$135
Spouse buffet dinner only (April 11):	$55
Spouse buffet lunch only (April 12):	$30

Our Payment Policy

We welcome your participation at Outreach events. Pre-registered, pre-paid registrants are asked to sign in to receive a name badge and handouts when they arrive at the conference.

Balance due? Please be prepared to make your payment at sign in. We will accept a check, payable to SUNY Research Foundation, or VISA or MasterCard.
Using a Purchase Order or Voucher? Please provide the PO/Voucher number as well as a credit card number. If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, your credit card will be charged the appropriate fee.
Not pre-registered? Thats okay - onsite registration will be available; please bring payment information with you.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Refunds (minus an administrative fee of $50) will be given only until March 23, 2010. After that date, no refunds are possible. Participants who wish to receive a refund must provide written notice to ESF Outreach by March 23, 2010. Social activities and meals with a separate fee are non-refundable. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Substitutions are permissible at any time.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Sagamore Resort using the online hotel reservation webpage (click here to enter).
