Registration Fees

Registration includes opening night buffet dinner, lunch on Monday, and coffee/snack breaks. Registrations with payment/purchase order must be postmarked by March 19, 2008 to be eligible for the discounted early registration fee.

One-day Registration Fees (regardless of date received):

Field trip to Up Yonda Farms (Do not enclose with your registration fee – pay directly to Up Yonda Farms the day of the field trip)	$3

  Your registration will be processed immediately and securely when you pay online.
• Online registration will not be available after Tuesday, March 25. Please download the printable form below and bring your completed registration form, with payment, to the registration desk at The Sagamore.

  Please make checks payable to “SUNY Research Foundation”, Federal Employer ID: 141368361. Payment must be received prior to the conference.
• To pay by purchase order, click here:
  Purchase orders must be received prior to the conference. Payment is due within 30 business days after the conference.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Refunds (minus an administrative fee of $50) will be given only until March 19, 2008. After that date, no refunds are possible. Participants who wish to receive a refund must provide written notice to ESF Outreach by March 19, 2008. Social activities and meals with a separate fee are non-refundable. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Substitutions are permissible at any time.

Hotel Reservations:

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Sagamore Resort using the hotel reservation form and code. Visit http://www.esf.edu/nerr/2008/hotel.htm to access the form or the link to The Sagamore’s online reservation system.
