Registration Fees

Registration includes Sunday night buffet dinner, Monday lunch, continental breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, and breaks with refreshments. Registrations with payment/purchase order must be postmarked by March 17, 2014 to be eligible for the discounted early registration fee.

ONLINE REGISTRATION Last day to register online is Wednesday, April 2, 2014.

You will have the option of making your secured payment with Mastercard or Visa during the registration process. Or you may mail a copy of your email confirmation with invoice, along with your check made payable to "SUNY Research Foundation," to the ESF Outreach Office (see invoice for mailing instructions).

Our Payment Policy

We welcome your participation at Outreach events.  Pre-registered, pre-paid registrants are asked to sign in to receive a name badge and handouts when they arrive at the conference.

  • Balance due? Please be prepared to make your payment onsite.  We will accept a check, payable to SUNY Research Foundation, or VISA or MasterCard.
  • Using a Purchase Order or Voucher? Please provide the PO/Voucher number as well as a MasterCard or VISA credit card number.  If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, your credit card will be charged the appropriate fee.
  • Not pre-registered? Onsite registration will be available. Please be prepared to make payment at that time.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Participants who wish to cancel their registration must provide written notice to Terry Sakowski, ESF Outreach. However, refunds (minus an administrative fee of $50) will be issued only until Monday, March 24, 2014. After that date, no refunds are possible. Social activities and meals with a separate fee are non-refundable. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Substitutions are permissible at any time.
