'What a Great Tradition'

Education and Scholarships Opportunities for Local Students Expanded
Under the terms of a transfer partnership agreement signed Tuesday by the presidents of ESF and Onondaga Community College (OCC), ESF will guarantee admission to qualified students and provide scholarships that cover the difference in tuition costs between the two institutions. (10/1)

The ESF golf team swung into the fall season with a strong showing in the Elmira Invitational held at Elmira Country Club Friday, Sept. 12. Unfortunately, ESF lost by two strokes to rival SU. (9/18)

Final Chapter: Butter Sculpture to Biodiesel
About 900 pounds of butter goes into making the very popular State Fair Butter Sculpture. Now the once-sculpted butter is 96 gallons of biodiesel fuel being used in the ESF vehicle fleet. (9/12)

ESF Men's Soccer Team Wins Season Opener
ESF's men's soccer team opened its Collegiate Club Soccer League with a 1-0 win against Oswego State Sept. 6. The newly formed ESF women's soccer team was edged by Oswego State. (9/9)
