As a presenter or as a co-presenter, please:
You will have access to a conference supplied laptop computer (XP) with CD Drive and USB ports for flash memory with PowerPoint 2003. An LCD projector and a screen will be stationed in each meeting room.
Plan on bringing a 20 minute PowerPoint presentation on a USB flash drive or on a CD. We recommend you use 20 point font (default) or larger for your text. You may want to test your presentation upon arrival at the conference.
Beyond the 20 minutes allotted for your presentation, there will be a 5 minute Q&A and 5 minutes to transition to the next speaker. Depending on when you are scheduled to present, plan to load your presentation either first thing in the AM, during the AM break, towards the end of lunch, or during the PM break if you present in the afternoon.
Please email mwakefield@esf.edu if you will use audio or if you will need an internet connection (these are not typically available). If your presentation requires a DVD to play or uses audio, plan to bring a laptop with that technology. We look forward to your participation.
