24th Annual New York State GIS Conference
Registration fees: Early rate, received by September 10, 2008:
Your registration fee includes materials, access to exhibits, workshops and sessions with continental breakfast, breaks and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and a reception on Monday.

- Data Quality Workshops, 1 - 5 PM, 4 PDHs, $35
- Raster Analyst, 1 - 5 PM, 4 PDHs, $30 (limit 20 people)
- GIS Basics, 1 - 5 PM, 4 PDHs, $25 (limit 20 people)
- Sunday Reception tickets: $ 15 each person (includes a full dinner at Rosamond Gifford Zoo). First 100 people only, hurry!
- Banquet tickets for Monday evening: Tickets for dinner on Monday are available for an additional fee of $30 each. Please indicate the number of tickets when you register and if you prefer a vegetarian entree.

Lodging
A block of rooms has been reserved at the A block of rooms have been reserved at the Holiday Inn Syracuse/Liverpool at a conference rate of $85 single or $95 double. The Holiday Inn is conveniently located at 441 Electronics Parkway, Liverpool, NY 13088 .
To reserve a room, call the hotel at 315-457-1122 and ask for the NYS GIS conference rate. The room reservation cut off date is September 5, 2008. Check in time is 4:00 PM; check out time is 12:00 PM.

Our Payment Policy
We welcome your participation at Outreach events. Pre-registered, pre-paid registrants are asked to check in at the onsite registration desk to receive a name badge and any handouts. Effective May 2008, registration fees must be paid prior to admittance.
- If you have pre-registered and have a balance due, please be prepared to make your payment at the onsite registration desk. We will accept a personal or business check, payable to SUNY Research Foundation, or VISA or MasterCard (Sorry, no American Express).
- Registrants using a Purchase Order or Voucher are asked to provide the PO/Voucher number as well as a credit card number. If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, your credit card will be charged the appropriate fee.
- If you have not pre-registered, please bring a completed registration form with your payment (check, VISA or Mastercard) to the onsite registration desk (blank registration forms will also be available at the registration desk for your convenience).
Refund Policy: Participants who wish to cancel must give written notice by to receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $50. After that date refunds will not be made. No refund requests by phone, please. Substitutions are permissible at any time. SUNY-ESF reserves the right to cancel a program in the event of insufficient registrations. A full refund will be given if a program is cancelled.
