Presenters and co-presenters must pre-register. Early bird registration ends on September 30, 2009. Make your overnight room reservations before the cut off date on September 25, 2009. Click HERE to register for the conference.
Audio Visual
Equipment, format and timing for your presentation
You will have access to a conference supplied laptop computer (XP) with CD Drive and USB ports for flash memory with PowerPoint 2007. An LCD projector and a screen will be stationed in each meeting room. Wireless internet is available in all meeting rooms.
Plan on bringing a 20 minute PowerPoint presentation on a USB flash drive or on a CD. We recommend you use 20 point font (default) or larger for your text. You may test your presentation upon arrival at the conference.
Beyond the 20 minutes allotted for your presentation, there will be a 5 minute Q&A and 5 minutes to transition to the next speaker. Depending on when you are scheduled to present, plan to load your presentation first thing in the AM, during AM break, towards the end of lunch, or during a PM break if you present in the afternoon.
