  • Click here to submit a poster or a map abstract

The deadline for a poster or a map abstract was Wednesday, September 9th. Thank you to all who submitted a poster or map.

Display Guidelines and Schedule

Easels and foam core boards (8 ft long by 4 ft wide) are provided with numbered assignments for each poster. Two posters or two maps are assigned to each board in number order. Your poster or map can measure up to 4 feet by 4 feet in size. Tacks will be available at the registration desk.

Please hang up your posters or maps on Monday between 7:30 am - 9:00 am in the numbered place and plan to be near your poster for the Monday evening reception to discuss it with judges and visitors. Take it down on Tuesday from 1:30 - 3:00 pm. If your poster or map remains after 3:00 pm, it will be disposed of by venue staff.
