Silver Anniversary
Your registration fee includes materials, access to exhibits and sessions with continental breakfast, breaks and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, with a poster session / reception on Monday evening.
Optional Conference Fee items
- Sunday Pre-conference workshops:
- Advanced Geoprocessing 1-4pm $25 Attendees required to bring a laptop.
- Google Mashups 1-4pm $30 Attendees required to bring own notebook, wireless needed.
- Sunday Reception tickets: $15
- Banquet tickets for Monday evening: Tickets for dinner on Monday are available for an additional fee of $30 each.

If you wish to attend the conference, onsite registration will be available at the Crowne Plaza. Please visit the "Walk-in, Balance Due" registration desk. If you have a business card, please bring one with you, as well as payment infomation.

Registration has a new LOOK....
Pre-register online using our new event registration system! With this new system, you will be able to:
- Register multiple people from your organization!
- Select optional activities and meals for all registrants!
- Enter a PO or Voucher number on the payment page.
- And as always, register and pay online with Visa or Mastercard (sorry, no American Express or Discover), or register now and pay later with a check (payable to "SUNY Research Foundation").
As usual, your online registration will be processed immediately and securely.

Lodging - online or by phone
A block of rooms have been reserved at the State rate of $111. The Crowne Plaza Resort and Golf Club is located at 101 Olympic Drive, Lake Placid 12946.

For questions about the online reservation process, please contact Reservations/Front Desk by phone: (518) 523-2556 or by email: frontdesk@lakeplacidcp.com. You may also call the hotel to make a reservation at 518-523-2556 or 1-800-874-1980 and ask for the NYS GIS conference rate. The room reservation cut off date is September 25, 2009. Check in time is 4:00 PM; check out time is 11:00 AM.
Our Payment Policy
We welcome your participation at Outreach events. Pre-registered, pre-paid registrants are asked to sign in to receive a name badge and handouts. Registration fees must be paid prior to admittance.
- Balance due? Please be prepared to make your payment at sign in. We will accept a check, payable to SUNY Research Foundation, or VISA or MasterCard.
- Using a Purchase Order or Voucher? Please provide the PO/Voucher number as well as a credit card number. If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, your credit card will be charged the appropriate fee.
- Not pre-registered? That's okay - on-site registration will be available to register and pay online.
Refund Policy: If payment was made by check or purchase order/voucher, participants who wish to cancel must give written notice to ESF Outreach by 10/5/09 to receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee). Please include the payee's social security number in the request, or Federal Tax ID number if an organization will be refunded. If payment is made by credit card, simply modify your online registration (using your confirmation number) by 10/5/09. Your credit card will be refunded (minus a $50 administrative fee). Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. After 10/5/09, refunds will not be made. Substitutions are permissible at any time. Optional fee items are non-refundable.
