First Year Family 2012 TENTATIVE Orientation Schedule

Parking On-Campus Orientation Weekend: If your student lives on campus, you will be directed to park in the Manley Field House lot (corner of Comstock Ave. and Colvin Ave.) on SU's South Campus and take a shuttle back to ESF. There will also be areas of ESF that will be under construction at that time so please make sure to follow directional signs and detours once on campus. We appreciate your patience!

Wednesday August 22nd

• 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Move into Centennial Hall (Residents Only)
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM: Taking Care of Business: Financial Aid, Admissions, Bursar's Office, Student Affairs Open
• 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM: Orientation Registration: Bray Hall Rotunda
• 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Hospitality Hour, Refreshments Served: ESF's Quad, Rain Location, Illick Hall Foyer
• 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Welcome and Introduction to ESF: Hendricks Chapel, Syracuse University
• 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Dinner on Own (Dinner Suggestion Locations provided w/Registration Packet upon arrival)

Thursday August 23rd

• 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM: ESF Help Station Open: Bray Hall Rotunda
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM: Taking Care of Business: ESF Administrative Offices Open
• 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Student Panel: Hear from the Experts: Hendricks Chapel, Syracuse University
• 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM: Conversation with the Dean of Students: Hendricks Chapel, Syracuse University
• 10:45 AM - 11:30 AM: Healthy, Well and Wise; Q&A with Student Services at ESF; Hendricks Chapel, Syracuse University
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch on the Quad: ESF Quad (Food will be served in Nifkin Lounge, Marshall Hall)
• 1:00 - 2:00 PM: Taking Care of Business: Financial Aid, Admissions, Bursar's Office, Student Affairs Open
• 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Walking Tours to the Bookstore!: Tours leave every 15 minutes from Bray Hall Rotunda
• 4:30 PM - PARENT DEPARTURE
