Orientation is Mandatory for all New Students

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Pre-Check In for Transfer Orientation: Bray Hall Rotunda * it is not necessary that transfer students check in at this time, just for those students who happen to be on campus and would like to get their orientation packet prior to Saturday's activities.

7:00 - 8:15 AM: Transfer Registration: Bray Hall Rotunda
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Welcome and Introduction to SUNY-ESF!: Marshall Auditorium
9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Registration 101: Marshall Auditorium
9:15 AM - 9:45 AM: My ESF and Registration: Talking through the Basics Marshall Auditorium
9:45 AM - 11:00 AM: Collegiate Life at ESF: Marshall Auditorium
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Small Group Meetings with your Orientation Leader: Room Locations TBD
12:45 PM - 2:00 PM: Department Meetings and Academic Advising Sessions: Locations TBA
2PM - 5:00 PM: Registration and Schedule Adjustment (if necessary): Baker Computer Clusters Open
2PM - 5:00 PM: Work Study Orientation: Location TBD
5:00 PM: Transfer Picnic: ESF Quad
6:00 PM: "Feel the Pulse": Downtown Syracuse Program

8:00 AM - Noon: Baker Computer Clusters Open to Adjust Schedules: Baker Hall, SUNY ESF
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Manley Field House Open for Parking Passes: Manley Field House, Syracuse University
11:00 AM - 2:30 PM: ID Cards: Gate E, Carrier Dome
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Trips to the Bookstore every 1/2 hour: Bray Hall Rotunda
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: ESF Convocation: Marshall Auditorium, SUNY ESF
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Ice Cream Social Sponsored by the Alumni Association: ESF quad, Rain Location, Alumni (Nifkin) Lounge
