Terry Sakowski joined the ESF Outreach Office in November 2004 when she accepted a promotional position as a Secretary 1.  Providing support to the CE Coordinator allows for involvement in the preparation and pre- and on-site registration of Outreach conferences, workshops and other events, and the coordination of non-matriculated student registrations.

Terry's 28+ years of service to SUNY-ESF include working in Human Resources and University Police, and spent 17 years in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions before joining ESF Outreach. She is very familiar with the application process and finds this knowledge helpful when assisting non-matriculated students who wish to eventually apply to ESF at the undergraduate level.

She is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration at Onondaga Community College.  Upon completion of this degree program, her goal is to then complete courses toward the Bachelor’s of Professional Studies at Syracuse University.

During free time, she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her nieces and nephews.  Terry also enjoys country music (especially Rascal Flatts and John Stone and the Trailor Park Allstars), visiting Nashville, scrapbooking, decorating her office for the holidays, and loves anything to do with Disney.
