We hope to see you for the 8th Annual NYS Biotechnology Symposium which will be held at the Gateway Center on the SUNY-ESF campus on May 19-20, 2016.
This symposium fosters the exchange of ideas among industry representatives and scientists, academics, students, and other professionals interested in biotechnology; and works to develop synergies and relationships that further advance the field. It has a history of convening the region’s most promising and innovative biotechnology companies and experts, both as speakers and participants, and promises to be the largest and most exciting yet.
This full two day symposium that will feature plenary talks, technical sessions and tours of Brookhaven National Laboratory facilities including the Center for Functional Nanomaterials and National Synchrotron Light Source II. See the Agenda page!

The NYS Biotechnology Symposium is hosted by the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in partnership with the Research Foundation for the State University of New York, highlighting and raising awareness of the SUNY Networks of Excellence, and in collaboration with the Brookhaven National Laboratory.
Long Island offers a wealth of recreational activities including the award winning Long Island Wineries, Fire Island National Seashore as well as easy access to New York City for those wishing to come early or stay late.
Symposium Registration will take place in Berkner Hall at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
