The NYS Biotechnology Symposium fosters the exchange of ideas among industry representatives and scientists, academics, students, and other professionals interested in biotechnology.

Join us in Syracuse on May 18th & 19th for the 9th Annual NYS Biotechnology Symposium. We are crafting an agenda that includes exciting plenary presentations and concurrent sessions focused on exploring biodiversity with molecular tools, nanobiotechnology & human health, nutrition & metabolic disorders, public health, enviornmental pollution, energy, chromatography and environmental biotechnology!

Pre-Symposium Workshop:

Modern HPLC/UHPLC for Practicing Scientists:
Fundamentals and Biopharmaceutical Applications

Join us Wednesday May 17 for a pre-symposium workshop presented by Dr. Michael W. Dong. The intermediate1-day workshop will provide the analytical scientist with a clearer understanding and a solid working knowledge of the concepts, instrumentation, columns of modern HPLC and UHPLC (ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography). The focus of the course is on biopharmaceutical analysis of drug substances and drug products (small molecule drugs and recombinant biologics). Available as a full-day or two half-day segements.
