Non-matriculated students who withdraw from a SUNY-ESF course must provide written notice to ESF Outreach by filling out an Add/Drop form.
The first day of classes offered on the SUNY-ESF main campus, is considered the "first day of the semester", and the first week of classes, for purposes of refunds, is defined as seven calendar days after the "first day" of SUNY-ESF scheduled classes. A student who is given permission to cancel registration is liable for payment of tuition in accordance with the following schedule:

If you are dropping a course after the "last day to add," you must obtain your instructor's signature on the Add/Drop form.
SUNY-ESF reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course and if a course has to be cancelled, a full refund of tuition and fees will be made to you.
