Before Registering...

• Eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch?
  If you are eligible for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program, please see your teacher for a paper registration form. All required signatures must be obtained on the Financial Aid form before submitting to your teacher. All completed paper registration forms must be returned to your teacher no later than September 13, 2007. Teachers will then submit the forms to the ESF Outreach Office no later than September 17, 2007.
• Permission Slip
  Before registering online, you must obtain your parent/guardian’s signature on the required Permission Slip. If you did not receive a copy from your teacher, you may download and print a copy here. Registration

Please register online by following the steps below.

Step-by-step instructions for online registration

NOTE: The scholarship-supported cost of the class is $175 (see Permission Slip or Registration Form). We recommend paying by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only) during the online registration process (have card information ready before you begin). You may also pay by check (must be received by 10/1)

• Go to our Online Registration page
• Click on "login" in the top page bar.
• Click on "Do not have a login? Click here to create an account."
• Fill in all required fields
  (required fields are marked with a red asterisk *)
  • Make up a password you can remember
  • Phone must include your area code in parentheses, for example: (315) 555-1234
  • For "Title," enter Student
  • For "Department," enter Science
  • For "Company," click on Lookup, type the name of your high school (use the one main name, like "nottingham" or "corcoran") and click on SEARCH. Hit “select” near the name of your high school
• Click on "Continue"
• Verify your information and correct if needed.
• Click on "Create My Account." You will be assigned a login ID number, which you will need for this and future registrations.
• Click on "Go to Meetings."
• Find "ESF in the High School" and click on "Register Now."
• Ignore all fields above the table. Check TWO boxes in the "Register" column:
  • The "Scholarship-ALL please select" row (top row of the table)
  • Your high school
• Click “Continue”
• Verify the information then click on "Register."

Paying by check?

Make payable to SUNY-ESF.

Note your name and your high school name in the memo section of the check

Mail promptly to:

If check payment is not received by October 1, your registration will be cancelled. Sorry, no exceptions!

You are now registered (you will receive an email confirmation). Click on "Checkout" if paying by Mastercard or Visa (if paying by check, follow the instructions to the right).

Online Mastercard/Visa Payment

• Select or Enter an address and click on "Submit"
• Enter credit card information and click "Pay Online"

You are now considered registered and paid.
