Summer Institute for Teachers

August 10-13, 2008 - Thank you for your participation!

SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) and the Science Teachers Association of New York State (STANYS) sponsored an Environmental Science Summer Institute for Teachers August 10-13, 2008. Institute activities included a wetlands tour, forest health lab, solar power demo, silviculture walk, and bryology at the Cranberry Lake Bio Station. The institute was held at the Ranger School in Wanakena, NY (Adirondacks). Speakers included:
