$125.00 - Program fee for participants from public, non-profit and educational institutions
Your program fee includes instructional materials, refreshments and lunches. Payment is due upon registration. Upon registration, please indicate which of the two group sessions you will be attending:

We welcome your participation at Outreach events. Pre-registered, pre-paid registrants sign in to receive a name badge and handouts.
Participants who wish to cancel must provide written notice to Terry Sakowski by Tuesday, September 7, 2010 (Group 1) and by Friday, September 17, 2010 (Group 2) in order to receive a refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee). Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Substitutions are permissible at any time my modifying your registration.
