Registration and Fees
$175.00 - Program fee
$125.00 - Program fee for participants from public, non-profit and educational institutions
Your program fee includes instructional materials, refreshments and lunches. Payment is due upon registration. Upon registration, please indicate which of the two group sessions you will be attending:
Group One: (6 required sessions)
- In-person sessions: Tuesday, September 21 and Wednesday, September 22 and Thursday, October 28, 2010
- Webinars: Thursdays, October 7 and October 14 and October 21, 2010
Group Two: (6 required sessions)
- In-person sessions: Friday, October 1 and Saturday, October 2 and Thursday, October 28, 2010
- Webinars: Thursdays, October 7 and October 14 and October 21, 2010
This registration fee is made possible for this inaugural offering as a result of a NYS Department of Labor grant through Central New York Works.

Our Payment and Cancellation Policy
We welcome your participation at Outreach events. Pre-registered, pre-paid registrants sign in to receive a name badge and handouts.
- Balance due? Please be prepared to make your payment at sign in. We will accept a check, payable to SUNY Research Foundation, or VISA or MasterCard.
- Using a Purchase Order or Voucher? Please provide the PO/Voucher number as well as a credit card number. If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, your credit card will be charged the appropriate fee.
- Not pre-registered? Thats okay - onsite registration will be available. Please be prepared to make payment at that time.
Participants who wish to cancel must provide written notice to Terry Sakowski by Tuesday, September 7, 2010 (Group 1) and by Friday, September 17, 2010 (Group 2) in order to receive a refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee). Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Substitutions are permissible at any time my modifying your registration.
