Registration and Fees


$450.00 - Full Program fee

$250.00 - First day of the Program only (May 17, 2013)

Your program fee includes instructional materials, refreshments and lunches. Payment is due upon registration.

Overnight Accommodations

Local hotels in proximity to the Farmingdale State College campus include the Marriott, the Hilton and Extended America. The Government rates range from $112 - $150 per night.


An electronic copy of the parking pass will be emailed to all registered participants prior to May 16, 2013.

Our Payment and Cancellation Policy

For this particular event, payment is required prior to attending.

  • During the online registration process, you will have the option of paying with MasterCard or VISA. Payment will be processed immediately and securely. After registering online, you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt.
  • If paying by check (payable to SUNY Research Foundation) or submitting a Purchase Order number, your check must be received by the ESF Outreach Office on or before May 16, 2013. After registering online, you will receive an email confirmation with an invoice and payment instructions.

Participants who wish to cancel must provide written notice to Terry Sakowski by Friday, May 3, 2013 in order to receive a refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee).  Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.  Substitutions are permissible at any time by modifying your registration.
