This is the third workshop presented by the SUNY Center for Brownfield Studies to provide students, industries, and municipal governments with expertise, disciplines, and skills necessary for redeveloping brownfields in New York State.

9:00 to 9:30 am Arrival and Registration

9:30 to 9:45 Welcome

9:45 to 12:00 Project Management - Session 1*

12:00 to 1:00 pm Lunch - Seneca Dining Hall

1:00 to 4:00 Project Management - Session 2*

*Project Management Fundamentals for Projects Large and Small

1. Develop project specification.
2. Plan a projects time, team, activities, resources, and financials.
3. Communicate to your team/sponsor, etc.
4. Agreement and delegating actions.
5. Manage, motivate, inform, encourage, enable.
6. Check, measure, review, adjust and inform.
7. Complete project, review, report, praise and thanks.
