A block of rooms have been reserved at the Syracuse University Sheraton at a group rate of $99 Single and $109 Double.
The Syracuse University Sheraton is conveniently located at
801 University Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210. All rooming lists and/or reservations must be submitted by 5:00pm on the cut-off date of September 17, 2010. Ask for "SUNY ESF - Environmental Science and Forestry". For the convenience of your attendees, we offer two

Parking is available in the Hotel’s attached parking garage. The parking will be complimentary on a “first come, first serve” basis.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued until October 4, 2010. Requests must be submitted to Terry Sakowski, tsakowsk@esf.edu, in writing. No refunds will be issued after this date. Post-conference tour fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
