Sunday reception, Monday breakfast, breaks, lunch and Dinosaur BBQ dinner with shuttle,

Tuesday breakfast, break, box lunch and local tour (Tuesday dinner is on your own).

Wednesday (New York) or Wednesday/Thursday (New York and Canada) Tours are optional with an additional fee.

Sheraton Syracuse

Lodging:

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Syracuse University Sheraton at a group rate of $99 Single and $109 Double. 

The Syracuse University Sheraton is conveniently located at 801 University Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210.  All rooming lists and/or reservations must be submitted by 5:00pm on the cut-off date of September 17, 2010. Ask for "SUNY ESF - Environmental Science and Forestry". For the convenience of your attendees, we offer two numbers for the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center. Those within the (315) area code may call

Parking is available in the Hotel’s attached parking garage. The parking will be complimentary on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Refunds, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued until October 4, 2010. Requests must be submitted to Terry Sakowski, tsakowsk@esf.edu, in writing. No refunds will be issued after this date. Post-conference tour fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
