Biotechnology Symposium

ONLINE REGISTRATION for Professionals & Students is CLOSED.
Parking:
Complimentary parking is available in the SU Irving Garage. Please visit www.esf.edu/maps/esfirving.htm for a map. Upon entering the garage, notify the attendant you are attending an event on the ESF campus. This Walking Map from Irving Garage to the Gateway building is available for your convenience and printing.
Onsite registration will be available at the Gateway Center. Please visit the "Walk-in/Balance Due" registration desk where you will register and make your payment. ATTN ESF Students: if your faculty department is paying your registration fee with a Research Foundation account, you MUST provide written documentation from the Project Director approving the payment of your fee, along with the account number.

Refund/Cancellation
Refunds, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be issued for requests received by Thursday, May 2, 2013. Requests must be made by email to Terry Sakowski at tsakowsk@esf.edu. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone; substitutions can be made at any time.
Our Payment Policy
Pre-registered, pre-paid registrants should sign in to receive name badge and conference materials.
- Balance due? Please be prepared to make your payment onsite. We will accept a check (payable to SUNY Research Foundation), or Visa or MasterCard.
- Using a Purchase Order of Voucher? Please provide the PO/Voucher number as well as a Mastercard or Visa account number. If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, your credit card will be charged the appropriate fee.
- Not pre-registered? Onsite registration will be available. Please be prepared to make your payment during registration.
