How big can my display be? Posters:
Students can submit a poster that is no larger than 24” X 36”. For best display, posters should be dry mounted and have an easel stand attached. For posters that are not mounted they will be laid flat on a table for display. Students can also utilize a traditional three panel science fair cardboard display board for their poster. Students can also display their idea using a table top display. Space provided will be half a table, 3’long by 3’ wide. Any objects and display materials should fit in this area.
How will my display be identified?
Participants should include their project title, as submitted on their registration, as part of their display. They should also include their name. Each display will also receive an ID number based on their time and date of registration. This will be placed on their display by ESF and utilized by the judges. A list of projects and their titles will be available at the event for participants to view.
